In no instance will AIP Packaging’s liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to AIP Packaging for the order or service in question.
Return & Refund Policy
If you find an issue in printing your product or if the order is not printed according to your requirements, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the order. In cases of defective printing or unrequested items, we will reprint the original order but will not provide refunds. Customers are required to send photographs of defective items to AIP Packaging within 7 business days to initiate a reprint.
Please note that expedited orders will incur additional charges that are non-refundable.
Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations
We process all payments in USD (U.S. dollars) through our secure payment gateway. Full payment must be received before processing your order, including taxes and applicable shipping charges.
Once you submit your order to AIP Packaging, changes can only be made within a 4-hour window after proof approval. Cancellations are subject to fees:
- $25 cancellation fee for cancellations within 4 hours of proof approval.
- 5% of the total payment will be deducted for cancellations after this window.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the total payment to cover the cost of wasted resources.
Design orders are final once submitted; we do not offer refunds or credits for design services.
